Dr Stone has been my PCP for going on 20 years now. I feel so fortunate to have found a doctor who really takes an interest in her patients. During an office visit, she never makes you feel rushed and is always attentive to any questions or concerns you might have. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Dr. Stone has been my Primary Care Provider for many years now; she is very caring and she ensures that I am in my best of health. She monitors my chronic symptoms every 3 months to ensure that my symptoms do not get worse. She is always giving me the encouragement to maintain my current baseline or to improve and enhance my medical baseline. Dr. Stone is not only my PCP, she monitors and coordinates my mental health, my prostate issues and maintaining my appropriate weight. During my appointments with her she ensures that I keep all of my appointments with other providers. I have made her my gate- keeper with my insurance company, in terms of my visits with other chronic providers. During my appointments with Dr. Stone, she spends adequate time in reviewing my overall health care plans. For this I am great-full to her . I will not hesitate to recommend her for anyone looking for a Primary Care Provider. Finally, I am very happy and content with her coordinating my comprehensive care with my other professional specialists.

Dr. Susan Michelle Stone has been my primary care physician for over 15 years. The services that I receive from her is excellent. Dr. Susan Stone really took her time to explain my health problems with me as well as my treatment options. She’s very understanding and listens to my concerns, explained everything to me in a very clear manner. The office staffs are friendly and professional, I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes when I arrive on time for an appointment. I never feel rushed, and she always asks if I have any other questions, she has been very attentive to my health issues and has provided thorough examinations. Dr Susan Stone is genuine and has shown genuine concern, she really strives to give the best care possible to each of her patients. If I ever needed to contact her or her medical assistant, they were fast in responding to my inquiry. She relates well to people and takes time to listen and takes appropriate fast action when indicated. She is good at building trust with her patients. I would highly recommend Dr Susan Michelle Stone, great experience all around.

Truly the best primary care physician we have ever had! We are moving back from Florida because of Dr. Stone. After seeing many physicians there, it was Dr. Stone who diagnosed my husband's condition. The Hartford Health Care group has a doctor for every issue and so far--in our experience--all of them are very good. But, without a doubt, Dr. Stone is one of the best.

DR. Susan Stone is a wonderful doctor; she has been my doctor for many years, she is very polite and always listens to you and pays attention to what you have to say. She cares about the patients and she or her assistants always respond when you have questions and contact her through my chart or by phone calls. She knows how to do her job.
